1. All sales are final once Truemart Fabrics receives your online order.

2. Truemart Fabrics is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the sale of its fabric. Buyer assumes all risk with respect to their personal allergies.

3. At times, our available inventory may be inaccurate on our website. If Truemart Fabrics cannot fulfill your order, Truemart Fabrics will provide you with notice and may substitute your order with another fabric, partially refund your order, or provide a full refund.

4. Due to the complexity of shipping fabric, all orders up to $200.00 will be charged an $18.00 flat fee for shipping and handling. Orders at $200.00 or above will be provided with free shipping and handling.

5. All legal disputes are subject to binding arbitration.
